Did you try modifying the code .dtl file and adding "class="Mandatory" to that field? If you check, all mandatory fields in AgentTicketEmail.dtl for example, has that property.

I tested that add-on but doesn't work for geri's purpose. It doesn't stop times and are not reflected in stats. The only way is OTRSEscalationSuspend and you have to pay. Thanks for the information reneed. I downloaded and tested the module, works perfect, move the 2 buttons outside the toolbar. But the other thing I need is to show the name of the agent logged. Do you know how to do that, doing the changes in the files I described in my last post?.

Para el que le interese, al final salían casos que no eran de mis colas porque era necesario modificar en Sysconfig Ticket::Frontend::ShowCustomerTickets "NO". De igual manera siguen apareciendo en My Queues colas en las cuales no tengo permisos, ignoro la causa.
