Ok.,,, then I have a work around if it is possible, can we have a "nill" value added to the defaut options? e.g when i selct incident stae, i want to have a nill vlaue also along with operational and incident values... Is this possible?

Another option is to use the FAQ module. Because OTRS doesnt have a "docs" tab, I use the FAQ module to store documents that my customers can access. You can create categories as well as restrict access to the articles. Its not a bad work around until there is a better solution. But I agr...

I have identified the error, i just change the stateType=pending reminder in attributes and the problem is solved. But there is a slight problem. Another state is also there with the name "Pending Customer" which is also of stateType"pending reminder"... So tell me another attrib...
