Thanks for the replies :) It's BCC, so probably not. If you haven't seen an option in sysconfig, neither will we. The only option that i found is SendmailBcc but not track the email adresses that I put in bcc. My problem is to track the email addresses when I open a new ticket and I send 10 email in...

I try to explain better
- I open a new email ticket and put 3 mail adresses in the bcc field;
- When I come back to the ticket/article view there isn't any information about the 3 addresses, how can I retrieve these information?

Salve,
scrivo questo post per chiedere se esiste un modo per mostrare gli indirizzi in Ccn nel dettaglio dell'articolo una volta inviata una nuova mail?
Se per esempio invio una mail con 3 indirizzi in Ccn questi non vengono mostrati quando vado nel dettaglio del ticket/articolo.

This are the 2 files, one is the attachment and the other is the source of the mail. In the source there are carriage return characters..

Hi all,
I send an email with a txt file attached to the OTRS system, thi file contains the characters \r\n at the end of the line, when the mail is fetched by OTRS, it deletes all occurrences of \r.
How can i keep all \r char?

I have to respond to a customer and put in CC another system address, the system address in CC does not receive mail because the mail is only in the queue of the sender.
- Is there a way to send to the system address in CC? (Without disable the follow-up of tickets)

If the case is already in the system, it makes no sense to forward it out of the system, then immediately back into the system, and it is not possible to do. Plus, you know, the forwarded email would have a case number attached to it that already existed. Thanks for the answers! :) I totally agree ...
