If this is a permission issue, do you know how to use the otrs.setpermission.pl Under Windows ?

Salut,

merci pour ta réponse.

J'ai résolu le souci, j'avais des filtres sur le courrier entrant qui posaient problème (filtres postmaster), j'ai résolu le souci en les supprimant.

Tout est ok maintenant.

I have deleted all postmaster filters on the queue "Z" and now everything works fine.

A follow up mail automatically changes the queue !

On an opened ticket, if a client sends a follow up mail, the ticket's queue changes automatically from X to Z ...

And it always changed to the Z queue ...

Does anyone knows how to stop this non-wanted behaviour ???

Bonjour à tous, voici mon souci : Un ticket est ouvert dans la file X. Un client répond au ticket par mail. La file du ticket passe malencontreusement et automatiquement de la file X à Y (et à chaque fois sur cette file Y)... Quelqu'un a t-il déjà rencontré ce souci ? Comment le résoudre ? Merci à t...
