Hi, i'm trying to define some ACLs in OTRS ITSM 3.2.9. I put my acl file (ACL.pm) in otrs/Kernel/Config/Files folder but don't work. Then i put my acl definition in Config.pm file in otrs/Kernel but also in this way don't work. I don't use root@localhost user. Anyone can give me an example how to ch...

Hi all,
i'm using OTRS 3.2.9.
I added two dynamic fields to manage the dates of opening and closing of external activities; how can i implement some validation contol on user input on these fields and show message box with an error message (end date must be >= start date)?

Hi all, how i can show in a view (i.e. PhoneNew) my dynamic fields as first fields of the view? If i set field order as 1, the field is the first of all dynamic fields in thw view but is not the first field of the view.

sto usando OTRS 3.2.9; sulla view Frontend:Agent:Ticket:ViewPhoneNew ho aggiunto un campo dinamico (tipo contratto) che vorrei fosse il primo della view.
Ho impostato field order = 1 ma così lo mostra come primo tra tutti i campi dinamici.
Come posso fare?
