Ciao a tutti, devo creare migliaia di clienti, appartenenti allo stesso gruppo, ho la possibilità di avere il database anagrafico del cliente ed ecco la domanda: come faccio a alimentare il DB di OTRS con questi dati ? Salve a tutti, pongo una domanda da vero newbe, è possibile ricevere email da utenti non censiti in OTRS e solo in seguito inserirli? Dobbiamo gestire il TT di una grande azienda oltre 2000 utenti e avere il trust sul loro database è complicato. Potete darmi qualche dritta? Grazie in anticipo. Rinaldo
