I did not increase the LogLevel, it's still at "info".

Also no errors in the communication log.

Nevermind, I fixed it with a new install of Debian and moved my files and database over to the new machine.

Hallo zusammen,

in früheren OTRS-Versionen war im Systemprotokoll immer ersichtlich WER ein Ticket in WELCHE Queue verschoben hat. In der aktuellen Version 5.0.23 (und auch schon etliche zuvor) sehe ich das nicht mehr. Lässt sich das irgendwie wieder einschalten?

There is no "Unclassified" in my system, just "default". Why should I suddenly need the "Unclassified" type? Didn't need it before 5.0.6 or 5.0.5. UPDATE: I added "Unclassified" und set it to valid. "default" is also valid. The page @/otrs/index.pl?A...

Well since I never had this problem before 5.0.6 I guess it's a bug. But I'll have a look into it.

UPDATE: no OTRS errors in /var/log/messages

Bei mir scheint mit dieser Einstellung alles wieder in Butter zu sein. Ich beobachte es natürlich, wie sich das in zukünftigen Versionen verhält.

Wie reneeb schon geschrieben hat -> wenn man in der SysConfig unter Core::Time "TimeZone" aktiviert und auf +2 setzt ist alles wieder in Ordnung.

Falsche Timezone beim Versenden von Mails - 4.0.10

Hallo zusammen,

seit dem Update von 4.0.8 auf 4.0.10 kommen von OTRS gesendete Mails 2 Stunden aus der Zukunft.

Im Debian Wheezy darunter ist die Zeitzone richtig konfiguriert. Auch eine Mail aus der Kommandozeile kommt mit der richtigen Zeit an.

Irgendwelche Ideen?

after the Update to 3.2.10 (Source, Debian Linux, 3.2.9 before) the ticket-preview-size (S,M,L) is not saved, but seems to be the problem only at "Tickets->Queue View". This worked flawlessly in 3.2.9.

Any hints?
