Andre, essa solução que vc achou ai no CORE do framework resolveu o problema dele não puxar os e-mails automaticamente? Estou com esse problema e não puxa de jeito nenhum

Não consigo abrir ticket por e-mail

Pessoal, eu não estou conseguindo abrir ticket por e-mail, já configurei o e-mail, já habilitei, já arrumei o cron, tudo como manda o figurino e não abre de jeito nenhum. Quando eu vou em Contas de e-mail postmaster e mando obter manualmente os chamados são abertos, mas se eu não fizer isso não abre...

I ran the script like manual sais: "cat ../doc/sample_mails/test-email-1.box | ./otrs.PostMaster.pl"
I added an e-mail address and a postmaster e-mail account in sysconfig, I did everything that is in manual.

I didn't make any changes, just register the e-mail address and postmaster on the admin interface and linked with the group. All changes made in admin interface

I compared both settings and it's the same.

when I run the script "otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl" the ticket is open, but I want to open the ticket automatically, not manually!!!

Can't open ticket by e-mail

I created two e-mails in otrs for different groups.
In one of then, I open ticket normally by e-mail, but I can't open tickets using the other e-mail.
What could be it?

Configurar envio de e-mail em abertura de chamada

Pessoal,
estou responsável por implantar o OTRS aonde trabalho porém estou tendo dificuldades para configurar para enviar e-mail na abertura de chamados.
Tanto enviar o e-mail para quem abriu o chamado como para enviar aos responsáveis pelo chamado na determinada fila.
Alguém pode me ajudar?
