Znuny and ((OTRS)) Community Edition

I established an additional OTRS Survey_Module 2.1.4 package on version 3.1.3. Everything works. It would be desirable to learn how to make so that poll went not the separate letter when closing demand, and in a body of the usual answer? And, still, how to adjust poll, only on resolve?

I established an additional OTRS Survey_Module 2.1.4 package on version 3.1.3. Everything works. It would be desirable to learn how to make so that poll went not the separate letter when closing demand, and in a body of the usual answer? And, still, how to adjust poll, only on resolve?

Установил доп.пакет OTRS Survey_Module 2.1.4 на версию 3.1.3. Все работает. Хотелось бы узнать, как сделать так, чтобы опрос отправлялся не отдельным письмом при закрытии заявки, а в теле обычного ответа? И, еще, как настроить опрос, только на резолв?
