Hast Du in Deinem OTRS-Verzeichnis das Kernel/cpan-lib/ Verzeichnis mit Inhalt?

Just a quick info/update. With this feature you can select more customers for "From" or "To", but finally only the first customer is linked to the ticket (see also in the video the "Ticket-Zoom-View" of the created ticket.
