Hi there,
Instead of the normal ticket state (which we use for internal use) I would like the state on the customer ticket overview and ticket zoom repleaced by the State Type.
Any help would be very appreciated!

Create ticket on service
We are wondering if you can create a ticket and select a service instead of a customer user. After all the services are connected to the services in customer <-> services.
An option would be to add the service to the autocomplete of the customer user.

We are using the CustomerCompany feature and all of our 400 company;s are displayed when searching with wildcard. Is it possible to order the output alphabetically? Something like "ORDER BY Name" in the selection query?
