Añadir campo en Ticket information
Hola buenas me gustaria saber como puedo añadir un campo dentro de los ticket en la columna derecha que pone TICKET INFORMATION. He leido que tengo que tocar en el sysconfig una serie de campos pero no consiguo saber cuales son. GRACIAS
