I'd like to know more precisely what the WEb-fronted Handles, the Web-Fronted Modules do.
Core Modules are important for logical work, but how they exactly work and how they interface with other modules?
What are CMD Fronted, how they work?
How the .dtl files interface with other files?

For the 1st level agents I have added MOVE INTO permissions on Service Agent's groups and now it works!
For the 2nd level agents I have all permissions( ro, move_into, create, owner, priority, rw).
